Pineapple Stuffing

Perfect side dish for ham! If you want, substitute the pineapple chunks with crushed pineapple and spice-up with cinnamon, nutmeg or cloves. This is one of those recipes where you can do no wrong!

Pineapple Stuffing

5 or 6 slices white bread, cubed
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter, melted
2 large eggs, beaten
1 (16-ounce) can pineapple chunks, drained

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease a deep-dish pie plate or casserole.
In a bowl combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Spoon into prepared dish and bake in oven for 30 to 35 minutes. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
